Hayden Harrell

Hayden Harrell concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of real estate banking and finance, including construction, permanent, mezzanine, syndicated and structured financing, as well as traditional real estate development. His recent experience also includes the modification and restructuring of distressed real estate secured loans.

Mr. Harrell is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (2008–2012) and Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2010–2011). He was also named as one of North Carolina's Legal Elite in real estate law by Business North Carolina Magazine. He is active in civic and professional organizations including the American Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina State Bar.

Mr. Harrell received his B.A., cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1982 and earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1985, where he was recognized on the University's scholastic honors list. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina (1985).
