Harris R. Eisenberg

Harris R. Eisenberg concentrates his practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and sports law.

As a member of the firm's Sports Law and Sports Facilities Practice, Mr. Eisenberg has experience representing a variety of professional sports teams, including the Chicago Bulls, the Chicago White Sox, the Golden State Warriors and the Detroit Pistons. He has assisted these and other clients in a variety of transactions, including team acquisitions and sales, equity and debt financing and media rights agreements.

Mr. Eisenberg earned his Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
