Gregory E. Xethalis

Gregory E. Xethalis concentrates his practice in financial services matters, especially in the exchange-traded investment company (ETF) and exchange-traded commodities (ETC) practice.

Mr. Xethalis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University in 2000 and his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School in 2005, where he served as associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and as president of the Student Bar Association. While in law school, he also studied at Queens University Belfast and University College Dublin in the summer of 2003. He is admitted to practice in New York.
