Gregory E. Xethalis

Gregory E. Xethalis concentrates his practice in financial services matters, especially in the exchange-traded investment company (ETF) and exchange-traded commodities (ETC) practice.

Mr. Xethalis earned his BA from Vanderbilt University and his JD from Fordham Law School, where he served as associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and as president of the Student Bar Association. While in law school, he also studied at Queens University Belfast and University College Dublin. He is admitted to practice in New York.
