Gloria C. Franke concentrates her practice in all aspects of business litigation, including entertainment, banking, real estate and employment disputes.
Ms. Franke earned her BA in communications, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from University of California, Los Angeles. She earned her JD from University of Southern California School of Law, where she was a senior editor on the Southern California Law Review, and the author of The Right of Publicity vs. The First Amendment: Will One Test Ever Capture The Starring Role?, 79 S. Cal. L. Rev. 945 (2006).
Ms. Franke is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the US District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts, and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
