Gloria C. Franke concentrates her practice in all aspects of business litigation, including entertainment, banking, real estate and employment disputes.
Ms. Franke earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California School of Law in 2006, where she was a senior editor on the Southern California Law Review, and the author of The Right of Publicity vs. The First Amendment: Will One Test Ever Capture The Starring Role?, 79 S. Cal. L. Rev. 945 (2006).
Ms. Franke is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
