Giles M. Walsh concentrates his practice in corporate matters.
Mr. Walsh received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in 2005 and his Juris Doctor, with high honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008. Mr. Walsh served as a member of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Walsh is admitted to practice in Illinois.
