George J. Pagano

Mr. Pagano focuses his practice on all aspects of bankruptcy and distressed transactions, including restructurings, workouts, pre-packaged plans of reorganization and creditors' rights issues. He represents banks and financial institutions in workouts and restructurings, as well as in negotiating and documenting complex credit facilities.

Mr. Pagano's representative restructuring experience includes:

• Represented administrative agent and sole lender under $750 million credit facility in connection with out-of-court restructuring of M Resort Spa Casino Las Vegas. Finalist for the 2011 ACG Art of the Deal Award.
• Represented administrative agent under $250 million credit facility in connection with out-of-court restructuring of MS Gaming, which owned and operated the Edgewater and Colorado Belle gaming resorts in Nevada.
• Represented steering committee member under $900 million credit facility in connection with Chapter 11 proceedings involving Station Casinos, which owned and operated a portfolio of 18 casinos and resorts.
• Represented steering committee member in connection with out-of-court restructuring of $7 billion credit facility for MGM Resorts International.
• Represented administrative agent under $125 million credit facility in connection with out-of-court restructuring of Empire Today, a leading provider and servicer of flooring and window treatments.

Education and Bar Admissions

Mr. Pagano earned his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from New York University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School in 2003. Mr. Pagano is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
