Geoff AuYeung is a partner of the firm and a Registered Representative of the Shanghai office. Mr. AuYeung concentrates his practice in the area of corporate finance, with a primary focus on the representation of lenders and borrowers in single bank and syndicated secured lending transactions. Mr. AuYeung’s experience includes, among other things, secured and unsecured cash flow and asset-based transactions, leveraged buy-outs and build-ups, addressing and negotiating intercreditor and subordination related issues, restructuring and workouts, and health care finance transactions.
Mr. AuYeung earned his bachelor’s degree from Rush University in 1996 and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law at Urbana-Champaign in 2001. Mr. AuYeung is admitted to practice in Illinois (2001).
