Partners Alexander S. Vesselinovitch and Stuart J. Chanen will speak at the Lorman Education Services' False Claims Litigation in Illinois seminar on Wednesday, January 30 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the University Center. Linda Wawzenski of the US Attorney's Office and Paul Gaynor of the Illinois Attorney General's Office will also serve as panelists.

Mr. Chanen will also present his recent paper, “Seller Beware: The Expanding False Claims Act(s),” covering several recent changes in false claims legislation, including federal, state, and local statutes, as well as several other significant developments in the defense of whistleblower claims.
