Qualifications and Career Profile
Elliot Press' practice encompasses a broad range of securities, transactional and general corporate matters. Mr. Press represents both domestic and foreign issuers and investors in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. He counsels public companies, both domestic and Israeli, on federal securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance issues. Mr. Press also counsels investors on their reporting and other obligations with respect to equity positions in public companies. He has extensive experience representing investment banking firms in connection with M&A advisory and fairness opinion issues. Mr. Press represents clients in complex corporate transactions, including tender offers, mergers, acquisitions, PIPEs, roll-ups, private equity investments and joint ventures. On the foreign issuer side, he has represented various Israeli high-tech companies that are traded and/or conduct business in the United States.

Education
Mr. Press earned his undergraduate degree (B.A., 1992) from Yeshiva University, and his law and business degrees (J.D., M.B.A., 1996) from Fordham Law School.
