Denise M Devine, concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters, representing companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Devine provides counseling to venture capital and private equity firms in financings, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, and represents issuers and investors in private offerings of equity and debt securities. She also provides clients with a wide range of general corporate counseling, advising companies on their day-to-day legal needs.
Ms. Devine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business - Accounting from Colorado State University in 1989 and received her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1994, where she served as an editor of the DePaul Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
