David Y. Joe concentrates his practice in transactional real estate, with a particular emphasis on the purchase and sale, leasing and financing of industrial, office and retail properties. Mr. Joe’s legal experience is complemented by business acumen gained as the co-founder of a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm.
Mr. Joe received his BA in economics and psychology from University of California, Davis, and his JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award and the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in contracts. He has been selected for inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers (2007–2008, 2012).
Mr. Joe is admitted to practice in California. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
