David B. Morgen concentrates his practice in litigation matters. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Morgen was a Teach For America corps member and middle school math and science teacher in Eastern North Carolina for two years.

Mr. Morgen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in history and political science from Duke University in 2005. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2010, where he served as managing editor of the Wake Forest Law Review, teaching assistant, member of the American Association for Justice trial team, the Career Services Student Advisory Board and the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Morgen is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
