Representation of Merrill Lynch and Co. as lead underwriter for a $500,000,000 bond offering by the Province of Nova Scotia.

Representation of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation in its acquisition of Calvin Klein, Inc.

Representation of iStar Financial Inc. in its purchase of a substantial interest in Oak Hill Advisors and its affiliates.

Representation of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation in various debt and equity securities offerings.

Mr. Landau is a member of the American Bar Association.
Education
Mr. Landau received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1987, where he was an articles editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
