  • Representation of Ariel Holdings Ltd. In its sale of Valiant Insurance Group, Inc.

Education

Mr. Landau received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1987, where he was an articles editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
