David J. Bryant is National Head of the Real Estate Practice. Mr. Bryant concentrates his efforts in commercial real estate law. He has substantial experience in acquisitions, dispositions and investments in real estate assets, real estate development, real estate finance (including mezzanine financing), joint venture and partnership formation, and financing. In addition, Mr. Bryant has substantial experience representing sponsors of real estate funds and establishing joint ventures and other companies to own, operate, finance and develop real estate.

Mr. Bryant is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has been listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2009–2011) and Illinois Super Lawyers (2006–2009, 2011–2012), as well as the 2011 and 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Bryant received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in 1984 and his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University in 1987.
