David C. Dwyer is an associate in the firm's Real Estate and Financial Services Practices.

He has significant experience representing borrowers, lenders and servicers with regard to CMBS loan originations, assumptions and defeasance transactions, as well as local and regional lenders and developers in matters of acquisition, development and leasing.
