Daniel M. Entsminger concentrates his practice in corporate finance, including secured and unsecured senior financing, second lien financing, mezzanine financing, leverage buyout acquisition financing, and other similar products, representing a wide variety of institutional and entrepreneurial lender and borrower clients.
Mr. Entsminger has experience with several distinct lending products, including secured and unsecured senior asset-based and cash flow loans, loans to distressed companies, and loan transactions in the health care sector.
Mr. Entsminger graduated, magna cum laude, from Wittenberg University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Political Science. He then graduated, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
