Daniel Cousino represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including joint venture formation, acquisitions and dispositions, financings (including debt, equity and low-income housing tax credit transactions), leasing and troubled loan workouts.
Mr. Cousino earned his B.G.S. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Race and Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
