Counsel Robert Friedman Quoted in National Underwriter on Life Settlements

Robert E. Friedman, Counsel in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice, was quoted National Underwriter in an article on the issues surrounding life settlements ("Consider Beneficiaries When Helping Seniors Sell Policies," January 9, 2006). In the story, Mr. Friedman notes that while life settlement beneficiary problems are rare, financial advisors may be in a good position to keep problems from arising in these deals.
