Christopher E. Carter concentrates his practice in litigation matters.
Mr. Carter earned his BS in accounting from Villanova University, and his JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was the topic editor of the William B. Greene Hale Moot Court Honors Program.
Mr. Carter is admitted to practice in California and before the US District Court for the Central District of California, the US District Court for the Southern District of California and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
