Christopher E. Carter concentrates his practice in litigation matters.
Mr. Carter earned his B.S. in accounting from Villanova University in 2007, and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2010, where he was the topic editor of the William B. Greene Hale Moot Court Honors Program.
Mr. Carter is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
