The attorneys in Katten’s Charlotte office have been offering integrated, multidisciplinary legal services for over 30 years. Located in the heart of the downtown business district, the office has more than 30 attorneys whose practice areas include general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, real estate, residential mortgage banking, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and trusts and estates. In addition, the Charlotte team focuses in particular on real estate capital markets transactions, with more than a third of the office’s attorneys devoted to representing some of the nation's most sophisticated commercial real estate lenders and related parties, including banks, finance companies, pension funds, insurance companies and loan servicers, in connection with both traditional and non-traditional real estate financing.
