Interview and Selection Process

Candidates begin the process through a screening interview with a Katten Muchin Rosenman attorney either on-campus or at the Firm. After the initial interview, candidates are invited for half-day call-back interviews at the Firm. The Firm covers expenses of the call-back (flight, rental car, gas mileage, hotel, incidental meals and transportation) in accordance with the NALP guidelines.

All offer decisions are made by the Firm's Recruiting Committee after the call-back interviews. The Firm follows the NALP guidelines for offer deadlines and expects all candidates to follow the NALP guidelines regarding open offers and offer expirations.
