Interview and Selection Process

Candidates begin the process through a screening interview with a Katten Muchin Rosenman attorney either on-campus or at the Firm. After the initial interview, candidates are invited for half-day call-back interviews at the Firm. The Firm covers expenses of the call-back (flight, rental car, gas mileage, hotel, incidental meals and transportation) in accordance with the NALP guidelines.

All offer decisions are made by the Firm's Recruiting Committee after the call-back interviews. The Firm follows the NALP guidelines for offer deadlines and expects all candidates to follow the NALP guidelines regarding open offers and offer expirations. Candidates receiving offers are welcome to schedule follow-up visits to the Firm. If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact us.
