Blake Schulman concentrates his practice in commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, commercial development and financing. Prior to focusing on commercial real estate matters, Mr. Schulman started his career serving clients in corporate matters related to merger and acquisitions, private equity, securities and general corporate matters.
Mr. Schulman earned his B.B.A., with high distinction, from the University of Michigan Business School in April 1999 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in December 2001. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Schulman served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven M. Gold of the Eastern District of New York. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
