Barrie Friend Hananel

Barrie Friend Hananel concentrates her practice in all aspects of corporate finance, including senior, first lien and second lien financing and mezzanine financing. Ms. Hananel regularly represents both senior secured and mezzanine lenders in connection with cash flow and asset-based credit facilities. Ms. Hananel has represented General Electric Capital Corporation, GE Antares Capital Corporation, Merrill Lynch Capital, Madison Capital Funding LLC, LaSalle Bank National Association, CapitalSource Finance LLC and Prism Mezzanine Fund SBIC, L.P., in connection with commercial loan transactions.

Ms. Hananel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan in 2001 and her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004. She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
