Barrett C. Mallos concentrates his practice in real estate and financial services matters. Mr. Mallos has significant experience representing a variety of dealers and end-users in the negotiation of the ISDA documentation framework and with repurchase agreements, securities lending agreements, prime brokerage agreements and futures agreements. He also has significant experience representing capital markets lenders in the origination and servicing of commercial mortgage loans.
Mr. Mallos earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Davidson College in 2000 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 2004 where he was a member of the University of North Carolina Law Review. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
