Avi Badash concentrates his practice in financial services matters.
Mr. Badash earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Baruch College, City University of New York in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005, where he was a member of the Cardozo Securities Arbitration Clinic. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Badash was an Associate Director at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he was involved in securities arbitration matters among broker-dealers and between broker-dealers and their customers or registered representatives.
