Associate Benjamin Shanbaum Quoted in Law360 on Anti-Dumping Case

Benjamin Shanbaum, an associate in the firm’s Customs and International Trade Practice, was quoted in an article in Law360 on behalf of the firm's client, importer Mazel & Co. Inc. On January 6, the company filed suit in the U.S. Court of International Trade challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce’s decision that Mazel’s steel roofing nails met the physical description of Chinese nails subject to an anti-dumping order. “The agency has taken a clear exclusion for roofing nails of all lengths and diameter and turned it on its head.
