Ashley Burden concentrates his practice in securities litigation. Prior to joining Katten, Mr. Burden was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Additionally, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence S. Margolis in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

During law school, Mr. Burden was notes and comments editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and a member of the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Board.
