Anthony L. Engel

Anthony L. Engel counsels families, family offices, business owners, executives and other individuals on all aspects of estate and gift planning, charitable planning, estate and trust administration and business succession concerns.  Mr. Engel works with clients to design individualized plans that carry out their objectives in a tax-efficient manner.  To ensure the proper implementation and administration of these techniques, Mr. Engel often works closely with a client’s team of professional advisors.

Mr. Engel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

Mr. Engel earned his BS from Stanford University, his EdM from Harvard University, and his JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University, where he served as web editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
