Partner Larry Levin will participate in PLI's two-day seminar "Annual Disclosure Documents 2012: Preparation of Disclosure Documents, Annual Meeting and Regulatory Developments," which will provide attendees with how-to guidance on drafting annual disclosures, updates on current executive compensation disclosures and what to expect in 2013.

Mr. Levin will speak on "Emerging Growth Companies" at 11:15 a.m. and on "Insider Trading, FCPA and Securities Offerings Developments" at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 6.
