Ann Marie Sink’s practice focuses on all areas of real estate financing, specializing in “layered” transactions involving capital markets, REITs, opportunity funds and traditional financial institution lenders, borrowers having sophisticated organizational structures, multi-sourced debt and equity infusions and a variety of real estate-related collateral.
She represents both borrowers and lenders in mortgage financing and commercial mortgage securitizations, mezzanine and sub-mezzanine financings, corporate and asset-based financing, lines of credit, repurchase transactions, portfolio financing, participations and co-lending arrangements, as well as defeasance transactions, work-outs and restructurings. Ms. Sink also represents lenders and borrowers in hotel, resort and vacation ownership company financings, as well as new construction financings for hotels, condominiums, office buildings and commercial/retail facilities, both nationally and internationally.
Ms. Sink received Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Loyola University Chicago and earned her law degree at DePaul University College of Law in 1981. She is admitted to practice in Illinois.
