Ms. Batterson earned her BA in communications from the University of Illinois and obtained her law degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia, and past chair of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee. Ms. Batterson is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York.
