Andrew L. Wool concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, DIP lenders, asset purchasers, debtors and other parties in a wide variety of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. In addition to out-of-court transactions, Mr. Wool represents clients in litigation in the bankruptcy courts, district courts and courts of appeals.
Mr. Wool earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin in 2000. In 2004, he received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. Wool is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
