Alan M. Berry concentrates his practice in all areas of wealth management. He advises on tax and estate planning matters, structuring proper ownership of closely-held businesses, creation of life insurance plans and products and planning for highly compensated individuals. He also has a separate practice counseling health care clients.
Mr. Berry is an active member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council and the American Association of Life Underwriters. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation. Mr. Berry has spoken extensively on estate and tax planning matters.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1966 from the University of Wisconsin, he received a Juris Doctor degree in 1969 from Boston University.
