Adam J. Spector concentrates his practice in the financial services sector, representing hedge funds, commodity pools, proprietary trading firms, private equity funds and investment advisers with respect to their corporate, transactional and regulatory matters.
Mr. Spector earned a JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law while serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Arlander Keys of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Before attending law school, he received a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he concentrated his studies on finance, investments and banking. Mr. Spector also worked at a global financial institution, serving a sophisticated client base including principals of private equity firms, hedge funds and family offices.
Mr. Spector is admitted to practice in Illinois.
