Boryana V. Zeitz

Boryana V. Zeitz concentrates her practice on estate and gift planning for high net worth individuals and closely held businesses, planning for individuals with special needs, and trust and estate administration. Ms. Zeitz has significant experience in the areas of charitable giving and tax exempt organizations.

Ms. Zeitz is admitted to practice in California. Ms. Zeitz served as the chair of the Foreign Taxation Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section. She was named a Southern California Rising Star in Estate Planning and Probate in Los Angeles Magazine and Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine (2007-2010).

Ms. Zeitz earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University in 1999 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 2004, where she was a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review. Ms. Zeitz is the author of the note published in the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, Summer 2004, ""How High is Up": Interstitial Dilemmas in Nonexclusive Copyright Licensing Cases in the Ninth Circuit."
