Bryan F. Stroh focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense matters and a variety of commercial and sports related litigation.

Mr. Stroh has particular experience assisting clients with investigations and related lawsuits involving government agencies, including the DOJ, EPA, SEC, CFTC, FTC, IRS and FBI, as well as multiple state agencies, including the Illinois Office of the Attorney General. He also has experience in environmental, securities, financial services, and health care-related litigation, and has represented companies and individuals, in both state and federal courts, in all aspects of litigation, including trial, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Stroh has also represented a number of professional sports teams in a variety of contexts, including litigation, arbitration, counseling and risk analysis.

In addition, Mr. Stroh is strongly committed to pro bono work and has recently handled a number of pro bono appeals, including one where he argued before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Stroh earned his B.A., cum laude, in Politics, from Princeton University in 1998, where he was a four-year letter winner on the school's baseball team and was a member of the New Jersey college All-Star team in 1998. After working in the television industry for a year, Mr. Stroh earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2002, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and was a member of the school's Student Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is active in many firm committees and is a member of the Sports Lawyers and Chicago Bar Associations.
