Litigation and Dispute Resolution partner Bonita Stone was interviewed on a Fox 32 Chicago news segment about the ongoing legal battle over the estate of baseball legend Ernie Banks. His will leaves everything to his caretaker, but his children and estranged wife argue that the aging Banks had a diminished mental capacity when signing the will. Bonita noted that the assets cannot be divided – either the will is valid, or it isn't. "I think you either hit the home run or you're going to strike out because he either was unduly influenced or he wasn't, he either had mental capacity or he didn't," she said.
