Offering perspectives from both the government and the defense bar, the panel will explore recent criminal enforcement trends and discuss what lies ahead for the future, and will discuss recent charging decisions, recent court opinions, and the current state of drug diversion enforcement.

At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Missy will speak on "An Update on Legislative and Congressional Health Care Policy Priorities," discussing the Texas Legislature's active regular session related to health care policy and budget matters, and many similar issues which are being debated in the halls of Congress in Washington, DC. Panelists will explore the legislation that impacts health care budgets, regulatory requirements, transparency and payments from both a state and federal perspective.
