Partner Michael Callahan will speak on "Negligent Credentialing – Hypothetical Case and Best Practices to Limit Exposure" at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25. The presentation will address a hypothetical peer review issue involving a physician with quality of care and behavioral problems from both the physician’s and attorney’s perspective on how to address these issues with an emphasis on managing the process and identifying best practices so as to avoid the need for investigations, hearings and litigation.
