Partner Joshua Wayser will moderate a panel discussing "You Can’t Say That! – When Lack of Standing or Equitable Mootness Limits Your Ability to Speak" at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, October 26. This CLE program will address such questions as who can object to confirmation of a plan and who can speak for holders of widely held debt. The panelists represent debtors, insurance companies, bond trustees and other creditors, and will speak from a variety of perspectives.
