Partner and Chief Diversity Officer Leslie Minier will participate in the panel discussion "Telework and Alternative Work Arrangements Solve Workplace Challenges" at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 31. The panel will discuss implementing workplace policies regarding flexible work hours, alternative schedules and telecommuting, and how these policies can improve recruiting and retention efforts, boost productivity, improve client service and cut costs. Other panelists include executives from Northern Trust and Boeing, and a representative from the U.S. GSA Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings.
