• Federal and market requirements
  - Federal regulations generally
  - Disclosure and continuing disclosure
  - Spend-down requirements and arbitrage (intent, recordkeeping, reporting, rebate)
  - Brief discussion of special regulations for BABs and other ARRA bonds
